UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel relies upon Clause (1) of the Agreement
dated 14.06.2022 which, inter alia, recites that the petitioner
will also be the shareholder in the brick kiln. It is further
recited in the Agreement that the share of the petitioner shall be
40 per cent and of Anil Kumar will be 60 per cent.
3. Issue notice, returnable on 29.11.2024.
4. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
