UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to Section 65 of the
Contract Act, 1872 and submits that even under a void contract, the
amounts paid have to be reimbursed. This aspect has been completely
overlooked. Further, the terms of the agreement with regard to
security deposit will be a collateral purpose.
Issue notice, returnable in the week commencing 17.02.2025.
Notice will be served by all modes, including dasti.
