Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. The petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of the proceedings

instituted by the respondent-husband, bearing HMA Petition No.156

of 2024, titled as “Bhanu Pratap vs. Shalini”, pending before the

Court of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kullu,

Himachal Pradesh to the competent Court at Kharar, Mohali, Punjab.

2. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer

are: she has to take care of her minor son; she cannot travel a

long distance of more than 200 kilometers; and, she is experiencing

financial hardship.

3. Issue notice to the respondent(s), returnable on 03.02.2025.

4. Steps for service be positively taken within two weeks.

5. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted.
