The petitioner/wife, who is having custody of three-year-old
minor child born from the wedlock with respondent/husband, seeks
transfer of Matrimonial Case No.1431 of 2024 from the Family Court,
Gautham Budh Nagar, to the Competent Family Court at Dehradun,
Uttarakhand.
2. It is submitted that the proceedings of the Criminal Case
emanating from the F.I.R. lodged by the petitioner and the
maintenance case filed by the petitioner are already pending in the
