O R D E R
1. By way of this petition filed under Section 25 CPC read
with Order XLI of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013, the
petitioner - wife seeks transfer of the petition bearing
F.C.O.P. No.01 of 2025 titled ”C.Veera Brahma Chary vs. Smt.
Sandhya @ Srivani”, filed by the respondent – husband, pending
before the Family Court Cum-IIIrd Addl. District Judge at
Mahabubnagar, Telangana, to the Court of Principal Judge,
Family Court, Raichur, Karnataka.
2. Sufficient cause having been made out by the petitioner –
wife, warranting transfer of the case, as prayed for by her,
the Transfer Petition deserves to be allowed. It is ordered
accordingly.
3. Consequently, the petition bearing F.C.O.P. No.01 of 2025
titled ”C.Veera Brahma Chary vs. Smt. Sandhya @ Srivani”,
pending before the Family Court Cum-IIIrd Addl. District Judge
at Mahabubnagar, Telangana, is ordered to be transferred to
the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Raichur,
Karnataka.

4. The entire record pertaining to the said case shall be
transmitted forthwith by the transferor court to the
transferee court.
