UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. We are not inclined to entertain this petition at this stage.
The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
2. However, taking into consideration the stage of trial, we
request the learned Trial Judge to conclude the trial as
expeditiously as possible and in any case within six months from
today.
3. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
