The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of Matrimonial Petition
filed by the respondent/husband in Civil Proceedings No.162 of 2024
pending before the Family Court, Rourkela, Orissa to the Family
Court, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
2. It is submitted that proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is
already pending at Jaipur, Rajasthan, and also, distance between
Rourkela, Orrisa to Jaipur, Rajasthan is about 1500 Kms.
3. Issue notice, returnable by six weeks.
4. In the meanwhile, further proceedings in Civil Proceedings
