Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

The learned counsel appearing for the State accepted that

after March 2024, the appellant has not been called for

investigation.

After the interim order was passed on 14th November, 2024, for

a period of one month, the appellant has not been called for

investigation. Hence, the interim order dated 14th November, 2024

is made absolute on the same terms and conditions.

The Appeal is, accordingly, allowed.
