Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.
The petitioner-wife seeks transfer of the case filed by the
respondent-husband way back in the year 2020 for restitution of
conjugal rights. She also seeks transfer of her own case filed
under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic
Violence Act, 2005. It appears that the petitioner-wife is
physically handicapped and a certificate has been placed on record
indicating that her disability is to the extent of 40%.
