IA NO.259957 OF 2024

1. IA No.259957 OF 2024 has been moved seeking exemption from

surrendering on behalf of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner was convicted by the trial court for the

offence punishable under Section 216 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860

and was sentenced to undergo four years rigorous imprisonment. His

appeal stands rejected by the High Court of Jharkand, Ranchi by

judgment dated 11.09.2024. The petitioner has undergone sentence of

about eight months.
