UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1) Delay in refiling is condoned.

2) After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners and

considering that the petitioners have not surrendered even

after elapse of more than three and a half months of

cancellation of bail, we are not inclined to entertain this

special leave petition. Accordingly, the special leave

petition is dismissed.

3) However, after surrender, they are at liberty to take

recourse afresh seeking bail.
