O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. The prayer made in the present appeal is for grant of pre-
arrest bail in FIR No.110/2022 registered at Police Station
Kaptanganj, District Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh for the offences
registered under Sections 376D and 506 of the Indian Penal
Code.
3. It is not in dispute that after investigation, the police had
filed a closure report. It is also a fact stated by learned counsel
for the complainant that till date no protest petition has been
filed.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts, we are of the opinion that
the appellant deserves the concession of pre-arrest bail.
5. Accordingly, the interim order dated 06.10.2025 is made
absolute.

6. The appeal is, accordingly, allowed.
