O R D E R
1) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner(wife)
seeking transfer of HMA No. 1971 of 2023 Dipin Mutreja v.
Gitika Jolly filed by the respondent (husband) seeking decree of
divorce, pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family
Court, North West District, Rohini, Delhi.
2) As requested and by consent, vide order dated
24.04.2024, the parties were referred to the Supreme Court
Mediation Centre to resolve their dispute by way of mediation.
Vide communication dated 09.08.24, the Mediation Centre has
forwarded Settlement Agreement dated 08.08.2024 entered
between the parties. The parties have also filed Interlocutory

Application No.287005 of 2024 praying decree of divorce by
mutual consent as per the settlement arrived at by invoking
powers of this Court under Article 142 of the Constitution of
