We do not find any good ground and reason to interfere with
the impugned judgment; hence, the present appeal is dismissed.
As this was a dismissal of an appeal on technical grounds,
the principle of res judicata is not applicable. However, if the
appellant, Kalpana Jain, has any remedy in law, that would not be
disturbed by the impugned judgment or the dismissal of the present
appeal.
