The petitioner/wife, who continues custody of the 6 years old
minor daughter of the parties, seeks transfer of the Divorce
Petition No.1547 of 2024 pending before the Principal Judge, Family
Court, Varanasi, to the learned Additional Principal Judge,
(Additional Family Court), Gurugram.
2. It is submitted that two other proceedings instituted by the
petitioner are already pending at Gurugram.
3. Issue notice, returnable by six weeks.
