transfer of Civil Suit No.396 of 2019 titled “Sh.
Kanhaiya Singhal v. Smt. Archana Singhal and Anr.”,
instituted by the respondent-plaintiff from the Court
of ASCJ-cum-JSCC-cum-Guardian, Karkardooma Courts,
Delhi to the court of the Senior Civil Judge, Orai
