1. Some of the respondents are not served as per the Office

Report dated 22.11.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to do the

needful to serve the unserved respondents.

3. Office is directed to deposit the amount of Rs.1,40,000/-

deposited by the petitioner, in an interest bearing short term

fixed deposit of a Nationalized bank, on auto-renewal basis, during

the pendency of the present proceedings.

4. List after four weeks.
