IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION
CRIMINAL APPEAL NO(S).5126 OF 2024 (ARISING OUT OF S.L.P. (CRIMINAL) NO(S).14653/2024)
RAJESH SHARMA @ RAJESH KUMAR & ANR. APPELLANT(S)
VERSUS
STATE OF HARYANA RESPONDENT(S)
O R D E R
Application seeking intervention is allowed.
Leave granted.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, the
learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State and the learned
counsel appearing for the intervenor.
Prima facie, it appears to us that the incident occurred due
to previous enmity between the parties due to a property dispute.
Moreover, after 25th October, 2024, when the interim protection was
granted, the investigating officer has not called the appellants
for investigation.
Hence, the interim order dated 25th October, 2024 is made
absolute on the same terms and conditions.
The Appeal is, accordingly, allowed.
