Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner candidly concedes that as

the Special Leave Petition does not arise from the Judgment of

conviction, the application seeking exemption is not maintainable

in view of the Order 22 Rule 5 of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013. He

thus prays liberty to withdraw the application seeking exemption

from surrendering.

2. Thus, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn and

the interim order dated 24.10.2024 is vacated.
