1. By presenting this Transfer Petition under
Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the
petitioner-wife seeks transfer of proceedings
instituted by the respondent-husband under Section 9
of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 being Matrimonial
Case No.298 of 2023 titled “Sunny Kumar v. Roshni
Kumari” from the court of the Principal Judge, Family
Court, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif, Bihar to the Court of
the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jabalpur, M.P., on
the grounds urged therein.
