Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
There is no case made out to interfere with the
impugned orders. The Special leave Petition is
accordingly dismissed.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner
seeks a longer time to vacate the premises in question.
In the facts of the case, we are inclined to grant a
longer time till 24th October, 2025.
