dispose of this appeal by reserving liberty to the appellant herein

to seek remedy under Section 17 of the Securitisation and

Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security

Interest Act, 2002, both interim as well final remedies.

It is needless to observe that if the appellant approaches the

Debts Recovery Tribunal having jurisdiction in the matter, the said

Tribunal shall consider the appeal filed by the appellant herein in

accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible.
