UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already
filed interlocutory application for condonation of delay as well as
filed interlocutory application seeking exemption from filing Civil
Appeal.
2. However, as per the office report dated 27.03.2025, it appears
that the aforesaid two interlocutory applications have not been
registered.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, prays for two
weeks’ time to verify with regard to the same.
4. Registry to verify and list the present petition with the
aforesaid two interlocutory applications.
