Judgement passed by this Hon'ble Court in K. Bhaskaran Vs. Sankaran
Vaidhyan Balan and Another, (1999) 7 Supreme Court Cases 510 and
Registrar’s Court’s order dated 13.10.2023 passed in T.P. (C) No.
2090/2019. However, none has entered appearance.
