Instead of curing the defects in the proof of
publication in respect of respondent No.2, Ld. Counsel for
the petitioner has filed a letter requesting therein to
remove the defect or to place the matter before the Hon’ble
Judge in Chambers.
Hence, Registry to process the matter for listing
before the Hon’ble Judge in Chambers for necessary
directions.
