UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R
Application under Section 29A (4) of the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996 states that both parties have jointly agreed
for extension of time for passing of the award. The time is
accordingly extended by a period of six months from the date of
this order.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
