1. After arguing the matter for sometime, and on our
expressing reservation in entertaining the Writ Petition
filed under Article-32 of the Constitution of India, the
learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to
withdraw the present Writ Petition with a view to approach
the High Court of Delhi, as may be permissible under the
law.
2. Permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition, as
prayed for, is granted.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn.
