O R D E R
1. This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner-
wife. The petitioner-wife has filed an appeal under Section
28(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the Additional
District Judge, Idar, Gujarat. The petitioner-wife prays that
the matter be transferred to the Family Court at Bandra,
Maharashtra.
2. As the divorce petition, of which the transfer petition is
filed by the petitioner, has already been decreed and the
petitioner has now filed an appeal before the Appellate Court
which is pending. At this stage, the transfer is being sought.
3. Under these circumstances, we are not inclined to accept
the prayer made in the present transfer petition and hence, the
same is dismissed.
4. However, the parties may be allowed to appear virtually,
unless their physical presence is required.

5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed
of.
