UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
We find no reason to entertain this Transfer Petition.
However, taking into consideration the grievance of the petitioner,
we direct the respondent concerned to complete the investigation
and file a final report in FIR No.691(11)/2023 within a period of
four months from today.
The Transfer Petition is disposed of in above terms.
