Leave granted.
Challenging the order dated 09.10.2024 passed by the
High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in Bail Application
No.6651 of 2024, this appeal has been preferred by the
appellant.
The appellant herein has been booked for the Crime
registered for the offences punishable under Section 22(c)
of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,
1985, pursuant to FIR No.761 of 2024 dated 20.07.2024
lodged with Police Station Mala, District Thrissur Rural.
Having been aggrieved by the rejection of the
application filed by the appellant herein seeking regular
bail by the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam vide impugned
order dated 09.10.2024, the appellant has preferred the
instant appeal.
By order dated 24.10.2024, the following order was
passed by this Court:
