Rs.7,35,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs thirty Five Thousand)
being the invoice amount.
3. Taking note of the above such submission, the appeal
is disposed of by directing the respondents to pay an
amount of Rs.7,35,000/-.
4. The District Magistrate, Mainpuri to disburse the
amount to the appellant within a period of six weeks from
today. We make it clear that all the issues stand resolved
between the parties.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed
