In pursuance to F.I.R. No.0269 of 2019 dated
12.12.2019, the Court has taken cognizance of the
offence punishable under Section 363 of the Indian
Penal Code but the petitioner is insisting for
cognizance even under Sections 4 and 5 of the
Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act,
2012(for short, ‘POCSO’).
