UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
No application has been moved on behalf of the respondent for
withdrawal of the suitors’ fund amount.
2. The Civil Appeal Nos.3221-3225 of 2023 were dismissed in
limine, vide order dated 12.02.2024. In this background, it is
hereby directed that the suitors’ fund amount shall be paid to the
SCAORA (Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Association) Welfare
Fund.
3. Accordingly, the Miscellaneous Application is disposed of.
4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
