UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and order of
the High Court; hence, the special leave petition is dismissed.
2. However, we clarify that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all points
before the trial Magistrate who shall proceed to decide the complaint case
without being influenced by any observation in the impugned judgment and
order.
