IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION
CRIMINAL APPEAL NO(S).4761 OF 2024 (ARISING OUT OF S.L.P. (CRIMINAL) NO(S). 14469/2024)
SHIVBHADRASINH KIRITSINH ZALA APPELLANT(S)
VERSUS
THE STATE OF GUJARAT RESPONDENT(S)
O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
Leave granted.
On a query made by the Court, the learned counsel appearing
for the State accepts that after the interim order dated
22nd October, 2024 was passed, the appellant has appeared for
investigation. Prima facie, it appears to us that the entire case
is based on documentary evidence.
Hence, the interim order dated 22nd October, 2024 is made
absolute on the same terms and conditions.
The Appeal is, accordingly, allowed.
