1. Leave granted.
2. The prayer made in the present appeals, is for grant
of regular bail in Complaint Case No.3318 of 2022, filed for
the offences alleged under Sections 387, 406, 420, 384
and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, in which cognizance
has been taken under Sections 387, 406, 420 and 34 of
the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is not in dispute that the appellants have already
suffered incarceration of 5 months, 18 days. At the time of
hearing it was pointed out at the Bar that the dispute
arose on account of an agreement of sell executed by the
appellants in favour of the complainant for sale of property
which the appellants had agreed to purchase from a third
party. There is a civil litigation initiated by the
complainant which is pending in the court of the Civil

Judge, Senior Division, Ranchi.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of
incarceration already suffered by the appellants, in our
opinion, the appellants deserve to be released on bail
