UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of HMA.No.1271 of 2024
pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gurugram, Haryana
to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad, Bihar.
2. It is submitted that the petitioner wife is having custody of
a minor child of the parties, who is about 4 years old, and thus,
she is unable to travel to Gurugram for contesting the proceedings.
3. Issue notice, returnable by six weeks.
4. In the meanwhile, further proceedings in HMA No.1271 of 2024
