UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. The petitioners are seeking transfer of Complaint Case No.2716
of 2019 from the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, Bihar
to the Court of equivalent jurisidction at Tis Hazari, Delhi, on
the allegation that the Court at Patna had no jurisdiction to
entertain the said complaint.
3. In such an event, if the court has no jurisdiction to
entertain the complaint, the appropriate remedy of the petitioners
is to take objection to that effect before the court concerned,
which shall be considered on its own merit independently, before
