1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even before the
High Court, Respondent Nos. 1 to 7 were represented through Power
of Attorney holder, i.e., Respondent No.8, G. Chandran. Before this
Court, the Power of Attorney holder, i.e., G. Chandran, has already
been served and represented.
2. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.8 submitted that
he had appeared for Respondent No.8 and also filed Power of Attorney
in respect of Respondent Nos. 4 to 7.
