1. Delay condoned.
2. The petitioner-wife is seeking the transfer of the proceedings
instituted by the respondent-husband, bearing M.C.No.5780 of 2023,
titled as “C. Murugavel vs. T. Poongodi & Anr.”, pending before the
Family Court at Bengaluru, Karnataka to the Family Court at Erode,
Tamil Nadu.
3. The grounds raised by the petitioner for seeking the transfer
are: she cannot travel a long distance of more than 260 kilometers
with her 7-year-old daughter; and, there is an apprehension of
threat to her life.
4. Issue notice to the respondent(s), returnable on 03.02.2025.
