Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) has not cured
the defects despite letter dated 18.10.2024.
However, having carefully gone through the Review
Petition, the application for personal hearing before the
Court is rejected.
Delay condoned.
On perusal of the order under challenge and the
papers annexed therewith, we are satisfied that there is
no error apparent on the face of the record or any merit
in the Review Petition, warranting reconsideration of the
order impugned.
