Heard Ms. Anupama Durge, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner.
The counsel would point out that the petitioner who retired as
Additional District Judge on 31.10.2016 was given a sum of
Rs.22,84,617/- on 02.06.2017 as per the pay slip but looking at the
arithmetical mistake in computing the payable sum, recovery of
Rs.10,98,168/- is ordered from the disbursed amount long after the
superannuation of the petitioner. The aggrieved retiree then moved
