1. In these miscellaneous applications, the

applicant/petitioner seeking modification of the

order dated 09.08.2024 by deleting the condition

No. (v) that requires the applicant/petitioner to

report to the Investigating Officer on every Monday

and Thursday between 10 A.M. to 11 A.M.

2. Taking into consideration the stage of the

trial, we do not find that the said condition No.

(v) is necessary and the same is, therefore,

deleted. However, it is directed that the

applicant/petitioner shall regularly attend the

trial.

3. The miscellaneous applications are,

accordingly, disposed of.
