The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of Matrimonial Case No.1579
of 2023 from the Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar to the Family
Court, Gwalior District, Madhya Pradesh.
2. It is submitted that 4 proceedings instituted by the
petitioner are already pending before the various Courts at Gwalior
and the petitioner is unemployed and has no means to travel to
Gautam Budh Nagar for contesting the proceedings.
3. Issue notice, returnable by six weeks.
