UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are granted four weeks’ time for
filing counter affidavit.
After expiry of four weeks, Registry to process the matter
for listing before the Hon’ble Court, as the Hon’ble Court vide
order dated 04.11.2024 has directed to issue notice, returnable
within four weeks.
