UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The application seeking permission to correct the
appendix of the SLP is allowed.
2. The application seeking permission to file additional
documents is also allowed.
3. As per the Office Report dated 27.11.2024, service is
complete on the respondent-State but no one has entered appearance
on its behalf so far.
4. Counsel for the petitioner states that in terms of the
order dated 23.10.2024, the petitioner has joined the
