Four weeks time, is granted to cure the defects in vakalatnama
filed on behalf of respondent no.1 and also to file counter
affidavit.
Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for the petitioner,
to take fresh steps, for issuing notice to respondent no.2. It has
been submitted by Ld. Counsel for the petitioner that no second
address of respondent no.2 is available with the petitioner. It is
further prayed that permission be granted to serve the notice on
the address given earlier. In light of the above statement made by
the Ld. Counsel, let notice be served on respondent no.2 on the
address already given by the petitioner. Dasti service, as prayed,
