2. Heard Mr. Vijay R Shinde, learned counsel, appearing for the
petitioner.
3. We see no infirmity with the impugned order 22.08.2024. The
petitioner had resigned voluntarily and the Court found it to be a
case of the petitioner, unwilling to work despite, opportunity. The
special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
