We do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order
passed by the High Court. The special leave petition is,
accordingly, dismissed.
However, we grant time till 31.12.2020 to the petitioners to
vacate and hand over peaceful possession of the premises in
question to the respondents on filing of usual undertaking within
four weeks.
