The present Transfer Petition is filed by the
petitioner/husband seeking transfer of C.C.No.282 of 2022, filed by
respondent No.2/mother-in-law of the petitioner for the offences
punishable under Sections 498A/323/506/341 I.P.C., pending before
the IV Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Ist Class
Magistrate, Tirupathi, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh to the
Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat (Kolkata), West Bengal.
